How do we make all Emergency change risks to be in high priority by default when the option "Change Request > Emergency: Unplanned changes necessary to restore service. These changes require CAB authorization only." is clicked.

click on update once saved. Click on create new. It should open with out interceptor.

The solution to the my requirement has grown big up to 29 replies. Is this fine?
Yes, it is now opening without interceptor but the yours mine is also showing "Normal" change type. Please let me know further.
