The result is coming in form view

Actually, this isn’t a global search bar — it’s primarily for KB (Knowledge Base) search and is intended for that specific purpose only. You can guide users to go to 'My Requests,' where they can view their incidents or requests. Please don’t make any changes to this, as it will lead to unnecessary technical debt."
