Could you please help me on creating ATF steps for creation of an incident via an email.

I have configured Generate Inbound Email and Validate Outbound Email but it does not create an incident. Do you have any idea?

Check in email logs once, are you getting email or not. TRy with ATF and see email are coming? Is email property is ON.

I think you already have Inbound email action for incident creation in your ServiceNow instance. So according to that you want to test Inbound Email action for Incident creation using ATF. Please follow the below steps & filled required details.

1.
