Thanks a lot for your assistance. I'm curious, based on your explanation, do we only have those two steps?

I've also attached some screenshots showing what I've done. Could you have a look and let me know if it demonstrates that creating an incident via email is working correctly? Do you think there are any additional steps needed to properly test it?

The previous steps in the messages below did not work as I expected. I have not been able to sort it out, yet. Do you have other steps you would recommend to create a ATF for creation of an incident via email?
