ATF How to add text comments to a popup window & select the submit button

Hello all, I've searched the community and I cannot find a clear answer on how to add text comments to an ATF testing popup window.  And then select "Submit" on the popup window after comments are added.

Please don't reference this page, it is not helpful.  Form test step: Click Modal Button

Hi, I tried "set component values".  The Test runs, gets to the popup window, I add the value and select OK.  The test ends but takes me back to the start window, what do I do next?
