ATF How to add text comments to a popup window & select the submit button

Hello all, I've searched the community and I cannot find a clear answer on how to add text comments to an ATF testing popup window.  And then select "Submit" on the popup window after comments are added.

Well, that is unfortunate this cannot be automated.  The person running the test will have to quickly add a comment and select "OK" and the test will pass to the next stage.  Thank you.  I hope SN adds this feature.
