ATF in ITSM Workspace UI i need to create a problem from the Incident but i am not able to click OK

I Need to create a problem from Incident from ATF in ITSM Workspace UI but i am getting struck because there is conformation Pop-up appearing and i Need to click on OK but i am not able proceed further

 

Steps i have tried 

 

using click on Custom UI the step is Passing But problem is not getting created 

 

And by using model button i am not able to proceed with this step

What should I do to achieve this by clicking the modal button?

if you are unable to detect then you cannot proceed

Hi @niraj1296 

 

If you are not able use "Click Modal button" step, then you won't be able to perform this activity as it is well known limitations on ATF.

Hi @Shaqeel if we want achive using modal button, what should I enter the values in Modal Button

ATF has it's own limitations when it comes to configurable workspaces.

So if you are not able to detect that component using Custom UI step then you cannot proceed further.
