ATF: screenshots are blank

Hi,

I have written two tests on ATF. I wrote one for RITM workflow and other for submitting a request on portal. I am able to see screenshots of RITM test but portal screenshots are coming up as blank. Can someone please help?

 I set the property for sn_atf.screenshots.use_glide_screenshot to true. it is working for me
