ATF What are the performance statistics classification metrics ?

ATF has already introduced performance test and there is a performance statistics table which has a classification column this table holds different values like

  1. unchanged
  2. inconsistent
  3. regression
  4. new
  5. improvement 
  6. removed

The question is in which difference it sets a value the above choices
