Attach Survey link in Email notifications

Hi All,

I have configured one Survey when Incident Gets Closed then it should trigger notifications to End users.

Can anyone let me know how to add the Survey link in Email Notification body

The - Survey User Invite - notification comes out of the box. No need to add a notification.

Hi SNOW@Das,

If you want to add survey link to email notification for that ;

1) Navigate to Survey - View Surveys - go to any particular survey - open it .

2) In Related Links - View Survey URL - copy the URL

3) Navigate to - System Notification - Email - Notification

4) Go to - What it will contain - Message HTML - Insert / Edit link icon - paste in URL - Ok - Save
