Hi All,
I have configured one Survey when Incident Gets Closed then it should trigger notifications to End users.
Can anyone let me know how to add the Survey link in Email Notification body

Hi SNOW@Das,
For example,
'After closing the incident, system should send the survey to users that are related to the Incident'.
So for that you need to configure survey for incident and write Notification on 'incident' table.
