I am sending pdf files to Service Now from PeopleSoft using the AttachmentCreator web service. When attempting to open the attachment in ServiceNow, the file cannot be opened. I can take the same message and send it to PeopleSoft, decode the pdf file and write it to the file server and open the file without any problem.
Our ServiceNow developer says he can send a pdf file to attachmentCreator via SOAPui in his development instance without a problem. We have taken the message received by ServiceNow and sent back to PeopleSoft and everything works fine.
Why is the pdf not opening in ServiceNow?
