Issues with the way we upload images to the image library when working on knowledge articles. Since the upgrade the way we add images has changed, we come across an issue when we've added an image the overlay window seems to load the wrong screen, it does appear to upload it to the image library but the image library overlay screen displays the knowledge article instead (so viewing the article within the article). We then have to close this window to return back to the main article screen, click the image button and then we can add the image from the image library.
Is there a way of resolving this issue?
