It is easy to do , but what you have done till now, please share and what error you are facing, so that we can guide and help you.
As the application Team, I need a task to be assigned to the service team along with the attachment.
Atul: You can use auto assignment as well
When the Notify field to retrieve hitter's assets and ship task is closed the business owner has asked to have that tasked assigned to service with the attachment or auto assigned to service with the attachment.
Atul: DO it via Flow, on the condition of task.

You can call me Atul, that will be more good and professional.
As the application Team, I need a task to be assigned to the service team along with the attachment.
Atul: This mean, your application team need a feature where either APP team manager / member can assigned the task the Service Team ( I am assuming its as App team only ) and team want the attachment on parent record also get copied to task. ( I have no idea about the background so i assume this)

Atul: On the task there is Notify field of asset [Doubtful statement, need more clarity] and there is another task named as SHIP is in closed state then
The tasked (Not sure which task previous or new) assigned to Service Team with attachment manually or by System.
Please get a clear picture on this from client. If you as dev not have deep sights on requirement then how you develop buddy.

The problem is I am not understanding a requirement to how and where to start to meet this requirement ?
can you instruct me to do this work with best practices ?
flow or notification can be used or not ?
