Hello Members

We are Planning to Introduce Auto assignments of Incidents based on Shift Time 

 

We have Assignment Group "Service Desk" and the Members work in Shift Time and we want to introduce assignments of Incidents based on Member availability in Shift 

 

What is The best Approach any workable/Practical  solutions ?

 

Any OOB Solutions ?

Hi Hemant,

For the the shift time, probably you will have to use the schedules.

Probably you will have to develop some custom solutions to achieve your goal.
