Auto increment number in service catalog form

Hello All,

I have a requirement , where I want to populate auto increment number in a field ID and the population would be like ID-1 , ID-2. Its an integration so whatever response I am getting like If I am getting 3 response in all three columns ID should be populated like ID-1 , ID-2 , ID-3 and so on. Please advice

In the solution , suggestion is to create a custom table. Requirement would not support that
