How to bring KB articles along with that icon links to ESC portal.

Hi,

 

How to bring "IT End user Knowledge and IT HelpDesk Agents" from KB portal to ESC Portal. and also those two visible for both portals.

Can you please help on this. It will be helpful.

Go to portals -- ESC

Scrol down - related list 

Knowledge base -- Edit and add

 

 

OR

 

Go to knowledge base

open the required KB

Scrool down to Related list

Portals -- Edit

I have one more doubt on this I have those Knowledge bases "IT End user Knowledge and IT HelpDesk Agents" on KB portal in Prod but I need the same Knowledge bases "IT End user Knowledge and IT HelpDesk Agents" on KB portal in Dev.

How to do this can you help on, It will be helpful.

Practically this should be created on dev as well but now 3 options

- Either create it manually with same name ( BUt in this case sysid will be different)

- Do export import via XML 

- Wait for clone from prod to dev.
