Auto-populate Recipient List in the Email Client for Incident Communication Plan

I want to auto-populate the To field in email client template for incident communication plan with the users linked in cmdb_rel_person to Configuration item in the Incident.

Please help with the script.

On the Incident Communication Plan, in Related List Contact Definition, you can add a Recipients List with Dynamic Condition (see this lab for details). As of my understanding, these are added automatically as recipients for Communication Tasks with the E-Mail channel. 

If you are on instance with demo data, look at "Service Owner" recipients list as reference

Hello,

It is a simple configuration, goto Email Client Templates application.

I did the below configguration for assigned to filed in associated CI you map to your required field.

You can even use script in that by prefixing it with javascript:

This is not exactly the answer i were looking for. But thanks for giving the response. I figured out how to use the reciepient list to autopopulate the primary and secondary user. will write a short post about it soon.
