Auto set AWA agent availability on login in CSM Workspace

Hi all

Im using Advanced Work Assignment in CSM FSM Configurable Workspace and trying to auto set agent status to Available on login.

Is auto setting agent availability on login supported in CSM Configurable Workspace, or is manual status change the only supported option

Hi @vaishali231

This is not the best use case here. The real reason might be agent login issues — for example, the agent may be in the system but is called by the manager to prioritize another ticket, check system login, or review incoming emails. In such cases, the agent should set their login status as available give wrong impression.
