Autocomplete in Flow Designer - Multiple entries for same step

Dear experts,

The auto-complete in Flow Designer shows multiple entries for same step. Which one should we use? And the logic please.

should not show multiple ideally.

how many steps are there before this one?

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login and then open the flow again?
