Automate creation of UI actions

Hi, I want to know if there is a way to automate creation of UI actions on the incident form. There are two ways which I'm thinking of - the first one is to package the UI actions into a plugin and the second one is to create UI actions through an API. I want to know if either of these ways is possible or not. If not, what is the way forward in such a use case?

aha.. @Krishna_quilr  now your point is more clear. I dont think any app available on store for this purpose. Give a thought with HI support and they may help you.

@Dr Atul G- LNG, thanks for the reply. Yeah, we understand that there is no such app. We want to create our own app for this. I would like to know if this is possible or not? If yes, how complicated it is to create one? 

I'm going through the docs of App creation using App Studio in ServiceNow but I'm kind of lost in the jargon there. It would be of great help if you can briefly explain how we can create such app. Thanks!

If yes, how complicated it is to create one? 

Atul: True , complicated as well, because need scripts and code to write. Not a drag and drop work
