Hi Everyone,
I would like to set up a chase process after sctask moved to awaiting customer response with 24-5 schedule and exit this process once the state is changed. I am not allowed to create any server side scripting like BRS or any other scheduled script for this process. I would like implement this in the same workflow even can't create a new subflow.

Hi @geogeorge ,
if you’re not allowed to create any scripts, then it seems like that you’re not an admin. According to this, please reach out to your admin team for generating this process.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @geogeorge ,
In your current workflow, add a Wait for Condition action to pause the flow until the SCTASK state changes from Awaiting Customer Response to another state. This ensures that the reminder process is only active when the task is in the awaiting state. After the wait condition, implement a Wait for Duration action to pause the flow for 24 hours, simulating the 24*5 schedule....
