Automatically Assigning Tags

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out the best way to auto assign tags to incident and problem forms when they are created. I found some information on the wiki, however this only seems to assign tags once the ticket is closed. I'd like to do this exact thing, just when the ticket is opened or updated.

If anyone is familiar with how this might be possible, and could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Scratch that. Apparently I was just being impatient. It seems to take a minute before it auto assign the tags.


I wonder how often this runs - after 5 minutes, the records that meet my conditions still don't have the automatic tag.

I have not been able to find anything on the SN Docs site for assigning tags automatically. I recall hearing recently that there was a method to assign and remove tags based on conditions. Can someone point me to any documentation?
