You can utilise ServiceNow to automate several process with in your organisation.
1. HR Process Automation:- If the current hiring process with in your organisation involves coordinating with different departments via emails then I would highly recommend using ServiceNow's Employee workflows provided as a part of ServiceNow's HRSD Suite. The applications which are part of this suite can be used to ensure seamless onboarding/off-boarding/promotion and several other HR Processes within your organisation.
2. Customer Service Management: If your company offers products/services to your customers, and customer queries/cases are handled via emails then you can plan to use the customer service management application offered by ServiceNow. It offers several features using which customers (B2B) and consumers(B2C) needs can be addressed efficiently.
There are several other use cases, however they may or may not be useful in your context. Please look for the processes in your organisation which are currently manual and repetitive in nature and consumes a lot of time. Such processes can be automated by ServiceNow workflows to gain efficiencies, eliminate human errors and reduce cost.

Few very basic
- Get the list of incident raised in last 9-12 months
- Count as per category or resolution category.
- You will get top 10.
Now see , what we can automate may be not fully but upto extent. (Need a good analysis here first before automate)

Also
- User addition in group
- Auto printer set up
- Unlock password
- Share drive / platform access
are few which you can pick up. but above steps provide details.

Hi @Ballela Siva Te,
Rather than thinking of automation ideas, think about your business first.
What is your business's main goal/vision? What are the pain points?
Once you have identified these, then you can think about how to automate the processes to achieve your goals.
Having automation without a clear goal is pointless.
