AWA Work Item not getting created

Hi everybody,

 

We have an issue on our developer instance, we've installed the AWA plugin and configured all mandatory steps:

  1. Created and configured Service Channel for our Custom CSM table
  2. Created and configured queue
    1. Created and configured Assignment Eligibility
  3. Created and configured Assignment rule
  4. Updated "Available" Presence State with our service channel and put it to Active & Available to receive work items

Even we did all these mandatory steps, when I create case the work item is not being created, I already tried the troubleshooting guide but did not find a lot of help there.
