Connecting AWS Kendra with ServiceNow for Fallback Handling

We want to connect ServiceNow with AWS Kendra using a ServiceNow script. The objective is to query the Kendra index for a response when a user's input does not match any defined topics or intents, the Virtual Agent automatically triggers the fallback topic. We would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to trigger the script when a fallback occurs and how to connect that script to the AWS Kendra service.
