AWS (AWS Support) to ServiceNow

Hi,

While Incident is getting created from AWS to ServiceNow, for some Incidents descriptions comes blank. Do you know if there is any logging that happens within ServiceNow to see the payload? or it is all from AWS end? Anybody has seen a similar issue could be helpful. Note that we are using AWS service Management connector plugin. Thank you.

I have created a HI ticket for this and found out that AWS plugin is incompatible with Xanadu.
