Azure Agile integration Circular posting issue when work notes are added to work item or Record

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when i map the fields for work notes. it post in the Azure work item but them it post back to ServiceNow. Then ServiceNow post back to azure then it goes on and on. Anybody know how to fix this?
