Back out update set is resulting in error

Hi,

I have to backout few update sets. They are in batch. So, i first backed out the parent update set and it resulted into errors as below :

"This version will not be backed out because the system has decided that this it is not safe to do so. This is a system record and there is no previous version to back out to." The Decision field is geryed out. So, i am unable to resolve these errors. When i am trying to select "keep to current or previous" , I am getting the popup message as "Security does allow you to do so"

I have the admin and security admin role.

Kindly, let me know what is the issue and how will i proceed with the back out.

Also, can we raise HI support to restore any customizations?

Thanks!

Did you check "sys_backout_problem' table. Issues are stored there.

And Backing out update sets is not recommended

Yes, issues are stored there. But my problem is I am not able to take any action on those issues and proceed with back out. I am getting the popup message that security does not allow execution of that  action against the specified record.

Please help me with that.
