How to build a custom progress bar dialog?

Hey all,

Simple query here, is there a way to create a custom loading/progress bar? (Same style as Commit Update Set)

Preferably I'd also like to trigger the % increases in my own script as well.

Yeah I saw that as well, but I'm hoping for something more flexible with a 0 - 100% progress bar
