Banner Image switching back to servicenow logo

Hi!

I have problem with banner.

I just want to change banner logo on my instance but it doesn't work.

i changed  

glide.product.image.light  from system properties,

glide.product.image  from system properties,

UI16 Banner Image from my company in system properties,

Banner image from Basic Configuration UI16,

and Banner image from Basic Configuration

None of these methods changed my logo.

I don't know if this is relevant, one thing I discovered is that even if I change the logo, no records are generated in the Customer Updates table(sys_update_xml).

Please HELP!

What are you referring to as the banner? Can you share a screenshot of it?

I call this logo (Servicenow logo) as BANNER.

That logo on left-top in instance page.

@commonDev- follow the steps in the documentation below:

That should update the glide.product.image.light System Property.

Looks like you have already tried that, but was the change saved properly?

If it hasn't been updated, something must be preventing it.
