We have a custom table, and need to create a report that contains a bar chart to show record count per "Assigned to", and a line chart to show the average score per "Assigned to". Each record has a "score" field. Below is an example of what we'd like to create. How do I go about creating a combined chart like this?

You can try a Pareto chart in Reporting. A Pareto chart contains both a bar and a line graph, wherein the individual values are represented in descending order by bars, and the cumulative percentage of total is represented by a line.
The above report is just for presenting how the data would look like using this chart. You might want to update the filters and other data in the above report.
