Hi,
Based on category choices it should show the class field values of the configuration item records in the configuration item field in incident form.
Can you please help on this. It will be helpful.

A good use case, but to make it possible, we need to make sure
CMDB is mature
All CI must has Category aligned/mapped.
Also, we need to build relationship of Cmdb_ci with catgories.
