Hi There,
based on short description value it will suggest KB articals now,
now i have custom filed in KB articicle - Producat Category so based on product category also i need to show know articals,
for this i created filter criteria in contextual serach but it's not working any one help on this how i need to achive this.
this is the kb_knowledge form. here having product category in my list so, so now based on short description it will showing articals, now i need to show based on product category as well.
