Basic Screenpop Amazon Voice

We have integrated Amazon Voice with ServiceNow Voice (Washington DC). I am able to create the Amazon Connect Routing Flow, call the phone number (as a mock customer) and receive the call on my ServiceNow Soft Phone (as a call center agent). How can I display a screenpop with the referring forwarding phone number (in addition to the Caller ID) and other basic lookup information with an option to create an Issue for the call center agent? Is this a screenpop or additional information in the Soft Phone caller ID Accept/Reject dialog?
