Hi community,
I have the following notification requirement for Problem Tasks (Type = Root Cause Analysis):
- At 67% of time elapsed between created date and due date → notify Task Assignee (To) and Problem Assignee (CC)
- At 100% (due date reached) → same recipients
- Weekly after due date breach → same recipients
For P1/MI tasks the due date is always task created date + 3 business days. For P2-P5 the due date is set manually by the task creator.
What would be the recommended approach to implement this in Flow Designer?
