Best practice while creating the workflows
I have few question for the workflow process, please provide your inputs if you have any idea
-->we can create induvial workflows for every catalog item in the system? or one standard workflow is good for all the catalog items?
-->which one is the best practices?
--> like if we have 300 catalog items , with 300 workflows , will the system will get effect any performance or is it good practices?

Hi there,
Best practice with workflows... is NOT to create new worflows.
Flow Designer is the goto nowadays (or already for a few years actually).

@hemantnh It is always a best practice to use a single workflow across multiple catalog items. It not only makes the maintenance of the workflow easier but also saves developers debugging several workflows whenever an issue occurs in anyone of them.
