Hi All,
How you are handling SOPs in ServiceNow? Do ServiceNow has any specific module for standard operating procedures?

You can use knowledge management to store all the SOPs. Thats the right place for SOPs.
This will also appear to the analyst while resolving an incident. They will be able to view the related knowledge articles directly from incident.
Please mark this response as correct or helpful if it assisted you with your question.

You can look into user guide functionality.
We are using user guides to build SOP.

Hi Sachin,
Why did you decide to user User Guide to build SOP's and not Knowledge application?
