BlueCat ServiceNow CMDB Plugin

Does anyone have experience getting the BlueCat ServiceNow CMDB Plugin working (https://bluecatnetworks.com/integrations/adaptive-plugin/bluecat-servicenow-cmdb-plugin/)?  After install, and after configuration, when clicking on the link "BlueCat CMDB Portal", nothing appears in the configuration drop-downs, and I see the following two errors in the Application Error Logs...

Error # 1: Error in RESTUtilsCMDB get_configurations(): Empty JSON string

Error # 2: Can't connecting to the BlueCat Gateway

We have an on-prem instance of BlueCat and I configured the URL to that on-prem URL.

Hey Steve, did you ever resolve this issue? We're having the same problem. It'd be nice if Bluecat or SNOW could help out here and offer some advice or more information on the plugin.
