Branding Editor issue

Been working with the default Service Portal for a while now in our Dev instance and wanted to create a new portal for a different Business Unit in our company.   Created it just fine, but in the Branding Editor, half the options are not available.   The HR Portal is fine also, but any new portal created doesn't have the options below "Logo Padding".   So i don't have the option of uploading a different background image for the new portal, or changing the Tag Line, Tag Line Color or Home Page background color.   They're just not there.

Can you send a screen shot? I was working on it as well and had a similar issue but wanted to make sure that it was the same thing.

As soon as I see what you are experiencing I will try to   help you out

This is the new one.   Notice nothing past the Upload and Image for the logo.

Hi Stanley,

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same issue and can't find how to resolve it.

Marc.

Hi Stanley,

Had the same issue and i noticed that the "quick start config" of my new portal was not filled in.

I then try copying the "quick start config" from the default portal to the new one created.

Go to "Service Portal"/"Portals"

Open the default portal with URL suffix = "sp"

Copy the content of the "quick start config", then paste it in the new portal by going to "Service Portal"/"Portals" and selecting your custom portal.

For me after doing this, i was able to customize tag lines etc... for my Custome portal.

Hope this helps.

Off course, do that on non-prod first to verify this solve the issue and that you don't have negative impact.
