I am trying to get a breakdown of my *Assigned To* for Incident and Catalog Tasks but got no values. All I get is *No elements*. When I look at my records, I see the assigned to have records.
My Configurations
Breakdown source:
Facts Table: User (sys_user)
Field: Sys ID
Conditions: Active is True
Breakdown Mapping
Facts Table: Incident
Field: assigned_to

Thank you David.
For some reasons that didn't work.
However, I had to use a related list condition:
Breakdown source:
Facts table: User
Field: sys_id
Related List
Incident table
Field: Assigned to
Breakdown:
Fact table: Incident
Field: assigned_to
Thanks to a colleague who showed me this strategy. Although it worked, I quite well understand that I am going to be compromising latency

Have you run any data collection jobs after you created this breakdown? Try running a couple of days of historical collection for an indicator you have this on (number of open incidents is an easy one). You may also want to point your breakdown mapping to task.assigned_to as I believe that will cover both inc and sctask.
