Business rule is not working in parent domain and it is working only in child domain. Please help.

Hi Team,

I am running one business rule for the table change request. But when i run this business rule it is working for child domain . The same when i update parent domain and run the same in parent business rule is not working.

Even i checked the same with inactivating the child business rule. But it is not working in parent domain.

can you please help me.

Just now i checked the record in which domain record is creating. when i am changing the domain to global and creating the record .the record is creating in child domain.

please help how to resolve this.

I don't understand what you mean by "parent" and "child" domain.

are you referring to a change request parent as a "domain"

and a change request child as a "domain"

or is there something i am missing.

Hi,

No, i have business rule on change request table. when i close the change request record its automatically close escalation record, this code is working in child domain. but when i am changing the domain to parent. It is not working.

Just now i changed to global domain and created a record in that domain . In the change table, when personalized the list view. The record is showing created in child domain, thats the reason it  is not working in think. How to resolve this please tell me.
