Button created using link generator not redirecting from agent workspace

On the HR profile in agent workspace, beside the user field, i have added a button which should redirect to third party tool. The button is visible  on the form but not its not redirecting the user to other website. The same is working fine on standard form but not in agent workspace.

I am not sure what is the configuration i am missing for the agent workspace.

@Megha15 UI actions for Agent Workspace can be extended from the existing one under "Workspace" tab or you can create one on the Workspace separately. 

Extending the UI action to Workspace : Make sure if this checkbox is enabled. 

Note: You can even format it by checking the 'Format for Configurable Workspace' to "True" but make sure the UI action and update set are in the same application scope. 

Configuring a new UI action on the Workspace

1. Navigate -> UX Form Actions [sys_declarative_action_assignment]

2. Create a new button as below with the link to be routed. (Click "Advance View" for configurations after saving the form"). 

Mention the external link that you want to route it too.
