CAB Workbench : How to a "Hide" a form section

Hi All, 

 

In CAB Workbench, there are tabs/sections displayed on the right pane and the view is "cab_workbench". 

 

The tab/section will display only if the "Outage Details" tab is not empty and it works fine on the UI.

I would like to hide the tab, when the outage details are empty on the CAB workbench. 

 

Any help/assistance on the approach is appreciated for the modification on the widget.

I am not 100% sure but try to change the view and then try the logic. As far as i know it is cab workbench and the core code is not accessible to us.
