I need to calculate below fields values for alert. If end user acknowledges an alert, at what time and duration to acknowledge that alert.
I am working on the subflow and need to get below field values.
Below are field types:
Time to acknowledge - Duration
Acknowledged at - Date/Time
Can anyone help with script or logic on this?
