Call Support (Contact Support option) in Virtual Agent

Is there way to redirect 'Call Support (Daily 5AM - 11 PM)' option to a page which have List of Customer Care Numbers ?

Or

Is there way to insert Image instead of this Text 'Call Support (Daily 5AM - 11 PM)' which have List of Customer Care Numbers from different geographical region ? 

As I see providing a single customer care number is a bit restriction to Customer Desk.

I searched forum and Found a similar Link as below but No valid response as of now , Please any one share your suggestion / solution for either of case mentioned above.

Hi there,

Unfortunately there's no such option. Also you can't configure/influence this yourself. Only option would be to have it visible, change the text, the number, have it not visible.

Just not possible. This is within the $sn-va-web-client-app.do page which we cannot access.

Concerning "As I see providing a single customer care number is a bit restriction to Customer Desk."

You could go for multiple branding, which is available with Orlando (I do see you checked New York). With multiple branding, you are able to have different mail addresses, different phone numbers, etc.. Read about this in one of my recent articles:
