I am new to service now and I completed the service now learning plans. I have an interview on ServiceNow Admin role(ITSM) incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management. Can anyone suggest me how to prepare or crack the interview.?

Hello Shyam,

If you have 6 months of experience on servicenow administration then you will definitely clear all the interview. Just go through all the process designed by servicenow. Also check out the how the functionalities are implemented. Most of questions are from your resume and totally depends how you are answering the question.
