Can FAQ kind of functionality implement Virtual Agent

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar / All,

We are looking such FAQ Use cases built in Virtual agent. Suppose anyone enter any wording Virtual agent chat bot will be show according question answer along with URL.

Can we achieve using OOB Virtual agent functionality or require any customization.

Could you please help with relevant document  if possible by OOB ? If not then any trips for customization.

you need to install the advanced knowledge base management -plugin to get the FAQ type KB article activated,
then you need to install all the VA plugins to be able to create new topics.
if you go to VA menu and select Designed and try to create new topic the system will tell you to install all the missing VA plugins.
after all missing plugins are installed, you can create FAQ KB articles and new VA topic and create flow that uses topic block "FAQ conversation builder"

Hi All,

Can someone help me how can we achieve ? Attached screenshot as your reference. Type something word in chatbot, FAQ will be display like that along with URL. is it  possible OOB virtual agent topic or need Customization
