Can I ad Next line to the assessment question

Hi All,
I have a requirement to add the a line break in my assessment question, which is a string field. I dont want to use the details field.
Example : I want the assessement output like below
1. Do you want to take this Assessment
If Yes then check this box
But its coming as
1. Do you want to take this Assessment If Yes then check this box

Try as below :
1. Drag and Drop Boolean Control in Survey Designer. Configure the control with Question as "Do you want to take this Assessment ?" and Details as "If yes, then please check this box !"

Hi Amit,
Even I have done the same but I don't want it to be in Details field, because of import issue, so finding a way to have both the sentence int he same field but in next line.
