Can I create templates for Catalog Items so that users can reuse it each time they submit requests?

Just like Incident table in the Classic UI, it it possible to create templates for Catalog Items/Record Producers on Service Portal so that users can reuse it each time they submit requests?

Yes that's possible using catalog Builder , refer to this doc for the steps to be followed :

I would like to create template for already existing Catalog Items/Record Producers...
